Haley and Shane: Downtown Birmingham Rooftop Engagement Session

Reagan spent some time with Shane and Haley for their downtown Birmingham rooftop engagement session. It was the first really pretty day of the season in Birmingham too, so it was the perfect time. They started out at Southside Baptist and it was the most gorgeous day. Everyone must have had the same great idea to take pictures because there was a lot of people out and about.

Because of the amount of people, Shane and Haley patiently waited their turn and got some great images. While they were in beautiful Alabama, I was shooting in Iowa while it was still freezing so I’m a tad jealous of the weather just looking at these pictures. 🤣

After Southside Baptist, Reagan took Shane and Haley to the second location, the rooftop in downtown where they had the whole place to themselves. I love these pictures of them sitting in front of the Redmont Hotel! They were much more comfortable not having other people around and being able to take their time getting all their poses in.

Shane and Haley’s wedding is right around the corner and it will be Reagan’s first solo wedding under Emily McIntyre Photography and I couldn’t be more excited to see her work. Shane and Haley are our second couple recently that met in residency and now work in OR together! It’s a very unique and fun love story and we are so happy to be apart of this chapter!
