Sam and Lucy: Morris Avenue Engagement Session

Sam and Lucy’s engagement pictures turned out so gorgeous and I have been dying to share them with y’all!

My associate Reagan will be shooting their wedding next year so she was able to spend some time getting to know them for their engagement session. Their wedding will be Reagan’s first Spring wedding of the season in 2022 and I couldn’t think of a happier, giddier couple to kick off her wedding season.

Railroad Park has been a favorite location lately and even though it is bare in Northern Alabama lately, this park still had fall color for their session! I love that these beautiful trees were still holding their fall color for these two because this tree in the background was so vibrant and bright. I love that it gives you a little extended fall and this spot is definitely one of my favorites.

I love that Sam and Lucy brought their lab, Atlas to the session. I mean how cute is he? I love when clients bring their fur babies along because it shows a piece of who they are at home.

These two had no problem showing their personality in their session. They are so fun and goofy and I’d say photogenic is an understatement! They love to make each other laugh and their happiness is absolutely contagious. 😍

Lucy did such a good job coordinating outfits. I’m obsessed with her sweater and her dress for the second part of the session has me swooning.

Although Sam and Lucy started off at Railroad Park, I’m calling this a Morris Avenue Engagement Session because these are my favorite images of the day. 😍

I don’t get to shoot there often but it is hands down one of my favorite spots! These pictures of them on the Morris Avenue Bridge are literally so cute and I just cannot get enough of their happy and fun personalities.

The weather has just been fantastic here in Alabama and the sunset has been showing off for us which is a rare thing here. Reagan got a few really pretty sunset shots towards the end to finish off the day.

I cannot wait for Sam and Lucy’s wedding in May and I’m so happy to have them as another bride and groom in the Emily McIntyre Photography Family. ❤️
